In July 2017, Autumn completely transformed her life, health, and her diet. After a lifetime of being overweight, unhappy, and hopeless, she sought guidance from the most knowledgeable being on the planet. Google. Basically, she just Googled “food to help you feel better”, as she was suffering from yet another flare-up, following her diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease in 2015.
On that day, Autumn fell down an internet wormhole and learned everything she could about how to start the Ketogenic Diet. From there, her life was never the same. 3+ years and 60 pounds later, Keto has taught Autumn that it is possible to gain control, eat nutritiously, enjoy food, and live at a healthy body weight. Her purpose in life is to help others achieve those possibilities.
In 2020, Autumn left her decade-long corporate career behind to devote her life to help struggling people find health and weight loss success through her platform, Watch Autumn Keto. These days, when she is not completely consumed with creating valuable content and resources for her audience, you can find Autumn in her happy place, snuggled up on the couch watching TV with her husband Richard, and their three dogs, Milton, Madeline, and DJ.

Spring Clean Your Diet

Everything Salad Dressing (featuring Barney Butter)
1/4 Cup Coconut oil melted
1/4 Cup Almond Butter (Barney Butter)
1 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
1 tsp Agave or honey for Paleo option, leave out for whole30
1 tsp Curry powder
2-3 tsp Sriracha to taste
pinch of salt
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together in a medium bowl, adjusting the sriracha to taste.
Add your favorite salad greens, and enjoy!
